Carnegie Mellon's food truck, the Tartan Express, is now open, serving a NEW Asian fusion menu by Elegant Edge Catering. The Tartan Express is CMU's second kosher campus dining location, certified by the Vaad Harabanim of Greater Pittsburgh. The menu features rice or noodle bowls topped with freshly prepared Asian-inspired dishes like General Tso’s chicken or burnt garlic tofu stir fry. Warm-up with house-made hot and sour ramen, and add a side of mini eggrolls or Asian cabbage slaw.

The Tartan Express will be closed in observance of Passover from April 15-23. Visit the Chabad at CMU website to sign up for and purchase the Passover meal plan and Seders. Payment for the Passover meals and Seders can be made with credit card, PayPal or CMU meal blocks. For more information, please visit, chabadofcmu.com/passover or contact Rabbi Shlomo.
